    es ist eine achtung vor der verletzlichkeit der/des lesenden
    da wir ein selbsthilfe forum sind tragen wir alle uns sorge
    und eben auch mit dem was und wie wir posten


    da ist der trigger vorangesetzt die möglichkeit zu sagen:
    sei so gut und lies es nur wenn Du selbst Dich in einer
    verfassung fühlst: dass Du Dir das zu-muten kannst/magst
